PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a medical liquid pouring opening of an eye lotion dropper right above a pupil, and surely and simply drop an eye lotion. SOLUTION: A pad seat 2 applied to the periphery of an eye is provided on the lower side of the main body 2, and the main body is provided with a holding hole 3 which is positioned right above the pupil and in which a medical liquid pouring opening B' of an eye lotion storing container B is inserted. Thus, an eye lotion can be simply dropped.
