PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tea capable of preparing the tea without using a tea pot, etc., not leaving a residue after drinking the tea, easily blended with other various food such as chazuke (a cooked rice with ingredients thereon and poured with hot tea) an ice cream, etc., and without giving a foreign feeling. SOLUTION: This tea T is obtained by filling a fine powder 1 of a green tea into a capsule 2. The fine powder 1 of the green tea is produced by grinding the tea in a stone mortar to give a 120 mesh smooth fine powder, and 0.4g powder is filled into the capsule 2. The capsule 2 consists of a capsule main body 2a and a lid part 2b, and a recessed groove formed at the outer periphery in the vicinity of the edge part of the capsule main body 2a is fitted with a projected part formed at the corresponding part of the lid body 2b so that the lid body 2b becomes a stable state.
