<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag holder for liquid separation, by which a bag having flexibility is prevented from being deformed by centrifugal force, and blood with high purity can be recovered without disturbing the constituent parts of the separated blood layer. SOLUTION: A bag holder 1 is used at the time of storing a bag having flexibility where a liquid is stored in a centrifugal cup 2 to conduct centrifugation for the liquid. In this case, the liquid separation bag holder 1 is formed by two hard plates 11 which can be inserted and removed in and from the centrifugal cup 2, and two hard plates 11 have each one end hinged in such a manner as to be freely opened and closed, whereby after a bag which stores a liquid is inserted between two hard plates 11 and centrifugation is conducted, the bag together with the liquid separation bag holder 1 can be removed from the centrifugal cup 2 and installed intact in a separation stand 4.</p> |
