<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a continuous molded product with its hardness varying in the longitudinal direction with high material yield. SOLUTION: The form of respective feed amounts of a plurality of materials of different hardness is set almost constant, and respective materials are fed into a mixer and mixed therein while varying the ratio of respective feed amounts based on the time passed by to form mixed materials P1 and P2 of varied hardness, and the mixed materials P1 and P2 are extruded continuously and successively out of an extrusion opening 14 of a molding die 11 to mold a continuous molded product of hardness varied in the longitudinal direction.</p> |
