The peroral form of the medicament contains a mixture consisting of 100 up to 250 parts of weight closed to levodopa 10 up to 25 parts of weight of carbidopa and 100 up to 200 weight percent related to the quantity of medications a.) mixture of polymers consisting of polyvinylalcohols with a different saponification degree or b) polyvinylalcohol saponified completely containing acetyl rest up to 3 percent or c) polyvinylacohol saponified partially with the acetyl rest content higher than 3 percent. This medication is suitable to be applied for healing of disease increasing as a result of dopamine shortage, for healing of Parkinson disease especially.
