PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine and a method of playing a game which encourages players to anticipate the number of balls dispensed and activates their speculative spirit. SOLUTION: A selection means 50 performs random selection when a ball driven into a game machine enters a specified winning slot 12, and a variable display means 20 displays a symbol matching game depending on the result of selection. When the result of selection is a win, a determination means 60 selects optionally the unit number of balls to be dispensed to an entry of one ball into a variable winning slot 40 and displays it in a determined number display means 30. When the result of lottery is a success and a variable winning slot 40 is closed, a ball enters, a dispensing means 65 dispenses a unit number of balls indicated in the selection number indication means 30 to a player. The number of balls to be dispensed to a successful entry of one ball changes, so the game is diversified, the expectation or speculation of a player on the number of balls to be dispensed are stimulated. |
