PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a resin window fitted with a window frame capable of simply and inexpensively forming a window part having a curved shape and capable of enhancing the rigidity of the window part at the same time. SOLUTION: A flat plate 3 for a window part 3 is fitted in the gaps of the holding edges 7a, 7a of an aluminum frame 6a curved into a required shape and inserted in the direction shown by an arrow so as to follow the curved shape and the residual side 3d of the flat plate 3 is fitted in the gaps of the holding edges 7a, 7a of the aluminum frame 6b to obtain a window main body wherein the peripheral edge part of the flat plate 3 for the window part is covered with the aluminum frames 6a, 6b. Next, this window main body is mounted so that the aluminum frames 6a, 6b are housed in the cavity of an injection mold. Then, a molten soft vinyl chloride resin is injected into the cavity to fill the cavity and cooled and solidified to integrally fuse a resin window frame. |
