PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinch roller assembly for a video cassette recorder capable of reducing sliding and discharging a foreign matter generating among components. SOLUTION: This assembly is provided with a roller 110 made of an elastic material, a sleeve 120 which is firmly fixed to the roller 110 and provided with an upper inside part 121, a lower inside part 122 having a relatively larger diameter than the upper inside part 121 and a level difference part 123 between those inside part, a supporting shaft 130 extending through the sleeve 120, and a bore having a projecting part 143. And a pivot arm 180 holding the roller 110 and the sleeve 120 around the supporting shaft 130 as the center so as to be turnable, a cushion member 150 joined around the pivot arm 180, and a cylindrical bush 160 firmly fitted into the sleeve 120 are included in the assembly. |
