PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to form a fluoroelastomer surface having enough toughness and chemical, physical and thermal stability on a support at a low cost in a short time. SOLUTION: This method to form a fluoroelastomer surface on a support includes (a) a step to dissolve a fluoroelastomer, (b) a step to add amino silane by about 0.5 to 10wt.% of the weight of the fluoroelastomer for the reaction to prepare a homogeneous fluoroelastomer soln., and (c) a step to apply the homogeneous fluoroelastomer soln. to form at least one layer on the support. The aminosilane is expressed by NH2 (CH2 )n NH(CH2 )m Si[(OR)t (R')w ], wherein (n) and (m) are about 1 to 20, t+w=3, R and R' are aliphatic hydrocarbon chains having about 1 to 20 carbon atoms or aromatic groups having about 4 to 18 carbon atoms. |
