PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact farinfrared radiation equipment for fermentation and brewing capable of easily producing a fermented soybean paste or other fermented foods at home in extremely short time. SOLUTION: This farinfrared radiation equipment radiates farinfrared rays by farinfrared ray radiating mean 40 allowing the soybean paste raw material before fermentation or other fermented food raw materials to receive a forced fermentation or a forced brewing. The equipment consists of an equipment body 1 formed in drum shape, a roof plate 2 of the equipment body 1 and a maturation container 3 set detachably in the equipment body 1, and the farinfrared ray radiating mean 40 consists of a ceramic farinfrared ray radiating plate 41 which has a large surface area, placed in downward direction at the center part 22a of the bottom surface of the roof plate 2. |
