FIELD: ozone production. SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises high-voltage source and at least two spaced-apart planar electrodes. Dielectric material is interposed between both electrodes in such manner as to form at least one path for electric current flow. Novelty of apparatus resides in that at least one of planar electrodes is capable of vibrating, and it consists of two layers of electroconductive material, one layer of which is capable to vibrate. Both layers are separated by material with spring/damping effect and are secured in such manner as to permit vibration of electrodes. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 15 cl, 4 dwgp
