FIELD: sugar production. SUBSTANCE: method consists in mixing sugar crystals with alcohol and a high-viscosity substance and disintegration of crystals in the mixture in disintegrator, while simultaneously agitating the mixture and discharging desired paste. As high-viscosity substance, molten acetylated fatty acid monoglyceride is used and, as alcohol, anhydrous ethanol. Disintegration is carried out at mixture temperature 40-45 C. EFFECT: enhanced sugar crystallization.
