PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prevent the generation of an accident by any chance definitely even in the case when a hand is inserted into an opening of a counter so as to operate a stop valve of hot water, for example. SOLUTION: An opening 42 is formed on a counter apron 32 in such a state that the wall side area can be seen through from a washing place side while at least three locations or vertical spaces around the opening 42 and a space in the central side of the counter in the longitudinal direction are blocked respectively with a partition wall. The operation units of water stop valves 24 and 26 provided on the way of piping are arranged to face the inside of the opening 42 while a cover 46, which covers the opening 42 from the washing place side, is removably mounted therein. |
