<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure reticlocytes accurately even in a patient specimen, wherein many abnormal lymphocytes appear, by using the reticulocyte measuring reagent comprising a coloring matter for specifically dyeing at least one reticulocyte and a coloring matter for specifically dyeing at least one leukocyte. SOLUTION: As a colorin matter for specifically dyeing a reticulocyte, e.g. the compound of a formula [I] is listed. In the formula R1 is a hydrogen atom or low-grade alkyl group; R2 and R3 are same or different and are the hydrogen atom, the low-grade alkyl group or low-grade alkoxyl group; R4 is the hydrogen atom, acyl group or the low-grade alkyl group; R6 is the hydrogen atom, and the low-grade alkyl group that can be substituted; Z is a sulfur atom, an oxygen atom or a carbon atom obtained by the substitution of the low alkyl group; (n) is 1 or 2; and X<-> is anion, Furthermore, as the coloring matter for specifically dyeing leukocyte, e.g. the coloring matter of a formula [II] is listed. In the formula, R6 and R7 are same or different and are the hydrogen atom, the low-grade alkyl group, the low-grade alkoxil group or phenyl group; R8 -R11 are same or different and are the hydrogen atom or the low-grade alkyl group; and X<-> is the anion.</p> |
