PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce toner adhering to a separation pawl at the time of idle rotation and to prevent the soiling of an image or an electrifier from being caused by the dropping of adhesive toner. SOLUTION: Unstable charge toner(reversed toner or fogged toner) in a developer container 6a is made to adhere to the surface of a photoreceptor drum 1 by a developing sleeve 6c at the time of idly rotating the drum 1 such as at the time of starting up the image forming device. The toner is uniformly electrified to have the same polarity as the toner at the time of developing by a pretransfer electrifier 8 or a separation electrifier 10 or both of them. Thus, the adhesive force of the toner to the surface of the drum 1 is increased so as to prevent the toner from adhering to the separation pawl 11. |
