PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the time on the ground by radio by setting the timer time, based on the time setting instruction signal that is received as a radio signal. SOLUTION: A worker actuates a checker 23 at the periphery of a meter inspection repeating installation 15 that is placed on a pole, etc., and inputs a time setting instruction signal into a personal computer 24. Then the time- setting instruction signal is transmitted as a radio signal, via a 2nd cordless radio unit 25 and a 2nd antenna 26. When the worker is positioned in a communication enable range of the unit 25 with respect to a 1st cordless radio unit 21, the time-setting instruction signal is received by a 1st antenna 22 of the installation 15 and the unit 21 and sent to a CPU 18. The CPU 18 sets the time of a timer 20. |
