PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely monitor renewal of on-board database in response to change in ground database and secure safety of traveling of a train by stopping the traveling of the train, when the collating results of version information of the ground database and version information of the database are not coincided with each other. SOLUTION: When a ground controller 9 sends a control telegram 11 to a train 1, it adds version information 12 of the ground database 10 thereto to prepare a transmission telegram 13 and transmits it to an on-board controller 2 via a transmission means 8. The controller 2 collates the version information 12 in the telegram controlled by serial numbers with the version information 7 of the on-board database 5 and, when the collating results are not coincided, it displays inconsistency of the collation results on a driver's seat display part 3 so as to inform it to the driver or outputs a brake instruction to a brake processing part 4 so as to forcedly stop the train. |
