摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generation facility in which starting/ stopping can be performed in a short time by increasing load up/down rate in starting/stopping without having limination by CO2 recycle. SOLUTION: A device is provided with a reformer bypass line 12 to supply an anode waste gas 4 to cathode gas 3 bypassing a reformer 8, and a combustor 14 provided in the bypass line 12, and anode waste gas 4 becoming excessive at the reformer 8 is burned, so combustion waste gas bypasses the reformer 8 to be supplied to the cathode gas 3. In addition, it is provided with a flow control valve 16 provided in the bypass line 12 on the upstream side of the combustor 14, and a temperature sensor 18 to detect combustion room temperature of the reformer 8, so flow of the reformer bypass line 12 is controlled by the flow control valve 16 to set a detected temperature by the temperature sensor 18 within a specified combustion temperature range.
