The system is constituted by an upwards directed projecting sharp part (9). This projecting part is arranged in a container collection hopper (1). The projecting part forms an arrow point with several edges (10) in the passage section of the hopper. The arrow point is held in place by a support which holds it at a suitable distance from the hopper. The arrow point and support are constituted by two metal plates (7,8) assembled at right angles along an intersection line (11) coaxial with the arrow. One part of the plates defines the arrow and the other the retaining support.
