The invention relates to a process for producing pozzuolana, synthetic blast furnace slags, belite or alite clinkers and pig iron alloys from oxide slags, in which the oxidized liquid slags are reduced by means of an iron bath, carbon being blown into the iron bath via bath nozzles in order to maintain a C content of between 2.5 and 4.6% by weight, and the iron bath height being set at between 300 and 1200 mm; if an iron bath height of 1200 mm is exceeded, pig iron is tapped and the amount of carbon blown in is controlled on the basis of a measurement probe. |
