PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject product having sufficient crispy texture having strong elasticity and good texture, capable of storing for a long period and capable of distributing at an ordinary temperature by packaging seafood-paste raw material into a flexible container under vacuum, pre-treating the packaged material under high pressure and subjecting the packaged material to retort sterilization. SOLUTION: A seafood paste raw material is packaged in a flexible container such as a retort pouch or a plastic molding container under vacuum and pretreated for 1-20min under 100-600Mpa high pressure and subjected to retort sterilization to provide the objective seafood paste product such as boiled fish paste, tubular roll of boiled fish paste, fried fish ball, crab taste-like boiled fish paste or fish meat sausage having good texture in a state put in a flexible container or in a canned state. |
