TURNING AND HOUSING TYPE WASH-LINE POLE STOPPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wash-line pole stopper which can be turned to the use position or the storage position with one action while wash-line poles are being held. SOLUTION: This wash-line pole stopper has pole support arms 1 which are rotatably inserted into arm brackets 6 so that the pole stopper can be turned and housed. The rotating shaft part 3 of each pole support arm 1 is bent at an obtuse angle (90+θdeg.) to the pole hanging part 2 of the pole support arm 1. The bearing part of the arm bracket 6 slants (at an angle ofθdeg.) toward the front as against the vertical direction of the setting position to form a slanting bearing part. A turning position fixing mechanism 10 is formed between the rotating shaft part 3 and the slanting bearing part, and the rotation position fixing mechanism 10 can fix or release the pole hanging part 2 of the pole support arm 1 in the range of rotation angle (90 deg.) from front facing side facing. Spiraled pole insertion rings 5 protrude from the pole support arm 1. The spiraled pole insertion rings 5 are twisted at 90 in the vertical direction from the position where a wash-line pole (a) to be inserted into the ring orthogonally crosses the pole hanging part 2 to the position where the wash-line pole (a) is parallel to the pole hanging part 2. The pole support arm 1 can be rotated from the use position to the storage position with wash-line poles being held by a pair of the wash-line pole stoppers.
