<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To narrow the gap of a linear motor by controlling the gap between a stationary part and a mover part, by means of an ice path provided at a stationary part and skates attached to the bottom side on both sides of the needle of the mover body. SOLUTION: For a mover body, a needle 5 is attached to the bottom of the center of a mover, and skates 15 are attached to the bottom side on both sides of this needle 5. Moreover, for a stationary part, a stator 1 is buried all around at the center of a linear track facility 21, and ice paths 22 are provided at right and left of the linear track facility 21. Then, the gap 7 between the stationary part and the mover part is controlled by means of each ice path 22 provided at the stationary part and the skates 15 attached to downside on both sides of the needle 5 of the mover part. Hereby, the gap 7 of the linear motor can be narrowed.</p> |
