PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allocate the same location identifier to plural moving hosts who exist in the same subnetwork and to enable speech communication in a network which supports moving hosts, who continue speech communication and also can move between plural subnetworks. SOLUTION: When moving hosts 100 and 101 move into a subnetwork 110, an agent 120 of the subnetwork 110 allocates the same location identifier dependendent on the subnetwork 110 to the moving hosts 100 and 101 and stores host identifiers and link layer addresses of the host 100 and 101 in a registering table. Packets to the moving hosts 100 and 101 are sent entirely to the agent 120. The agent 120 obtains the link layer addresses which correspond to the host identifiers of destination moving hosts that are described in a network layer header of a receiving packet from the registering table, creates a link layer header of the destination moving hosts, adds it to the receiving packet and transfers it. |
