PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make both the widths of electrode terminals and the spaces among them large, by connecting respectively via second coupling wirings provided in the inner layer of a printed wiring board first ground through holes and second ground through holes disposed in the innermost portions of the printed wiring board. SOLUTION: A power supply terminal 7 and a ground terminal 5 are disposed in a front row, and signal terminals are disposed in a rear row. The ground terminal 5 and the signal terminals 2-4 are connected by connection wires 10a-10c. A pair of power supply through holes 8a, 8b, a pair of ground through holes 9b. 9d, a pair of ground through holes 9b, 9e and a pair of ground through holes 9c, 9f are connected respectively by coupling wirings 6a-6d provided in the inner layer of a printed wiring board. By disposing the electrode terminals 2-4, 5, 7 in the two rows, both the widths of the electrode terminals and the spaces among them can be made large respectively. |
