PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclination lens barrel whose mechanism is simple and whose accuracy is high. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a lens barrel body 6, an eyepiece lens barrel part whose inclination is variable when rotating centering around a rotary shaft provided at the lens barrel body 6, a deflecting optical member deflecting light from a sample and leading to an eyepiece lens barrel, a holding member 8 holding the deflecting optical member and being rotatable centering around the rotary shaft and an inclination mechanism provided between the holding member 8 and the eyepiece lens barrel so as to make the deflecting optical member rotate only by the half of the angle of rotation of the eyepiece lens barrel. The inclination mechanism has a first bar-shaped linking member whose one end is rotatably provided at a position on the eyepiece lens barrel separated from the rotary shaft in its radial direction by specified distance and a second bar-shaped linking member whose one end is rotatably provided on the lens barrel body 6 separated from the rotary shaft in its radial direction by the specified distance and whose other end is relatively rotatably engaged with the other end of the first linking member, and the holding member 8 has an engaging member engaged with a part where the first and second linking members are engaged so as to rotate centering the rotary shaft. |
