PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise attenuation factor of noise in a wide frequency area by employing a constitution in which two or more magnetic layers of different thickness are stacked with an insulating layer in between. SOLUTION: Two or more magnetic layers of different thickness are stacked with an insulating layer in between, or at least two layers of a thin plate magnetic layer and a thin film magnetic layer of a thickness different from it are laminated to obtain a broad-band noise filter. In this board-band noise filter 1, a thin plate 2 of a magnetic material which functions as a noise filter in an area of commercial frequency (DC-1kHz) is overlaid with a thin film magnetic layer 4 of a thickness 1-10μm which functions as a noise filter in an area of frequency 1kHz-1MHz, on the upper side of the thin plate 2 which an insulating layer 3a of a thickness 0.1-1.0μm in between, and a thin film magnetic layer 5 of a thickness 0.1-1.0μm which functions as a noise filter in an area of frequency 1MHz-1GHz, on the thin film magnetic film 4 with an insulating layer 3b of an thickness 0.1-1.0μm in between.
