PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid interference faults of a controlled channel in a moving body communication system and to continuously use, without stopping an operation of the cell or sector. SOLUTION: In a moving body communication system which arranges a controlled channel in a cell or sector unit, if an interference fault is detected in a controlled channel is use (SI), radio equipment is switched to a spare equipment side and connected (S2). When the interference fault is not canceled, even after it has been switched to the spare equipment side, an empty situation of plural controlled channels which is previsouly set as preliminary frequencies of the controlled channels is referred to (S5), the controlled channel whose frequency does not cause an interference fault and is available among the preliminary frequencies is selected (S6), and reallocation (S7) is performed by a cell or sector unit which brought about interference faults. |
