PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve visibility by providing a light emitting body which emits a light interconnected with a heating means, a pot body whose bottom part and side part are partially transparent, and a hollow light scattering body which scatters the light on all sides. SOLUTION: A pot 2 which has a pouring port 19 and a handle 20 arranged in the opposite position in the top part is a transparent cylindrical pot made of a heat resistance glass. A pumping device C composed of a large-diameter downward bell-shaped bubble collecting pipe 25 which is arranged in the bottom of the pot, a boiling plate 26 arranged in the top of the pot 2, and a pumping pipe 27 which connects them together, feeds the water boiled by a halogen lamp 10, which functions as a light emitting body in the bottom of the pot 2, to the boiling plate 26 so as to dip a healthy tea pack 23 is arranged in the pot 2.
