PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a grout composition suitable for a steel panel lining construction method satisfying the quality and installation property expressed in 'the necessary qualify for a non shrinking mortar and the testing method for confirming the same (a proposal)' given by the capital highway public corporation. SOLUTION: This grout composition consists of 100 pts.wt. binding material, 80-150 pt.wt. fine aggregates, 3-15 pt.wt. expanding agent, 0.5-3.5 pt.wt. waterreducing agent and 0.001-0.02 foaming agent, and the above binding material consists of >=70wt.% cement and <=30wt.% inorganic material-based powder, and has 6.0-13.0μm mean particle diameter and 0.7-0.9 particle size distribution (N-value of Rosin-Rammler's equation). |
