摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a piezoelectric porcelain material capable of being baked at a low temperature (<=1,000 deg.C) at which the evaporation of PbO is avoided and reducing production cost. SOLUTION: This piezoelectric porcelain material comprises a composition represented by the formula aPbTiO3 +bPbZrO3 +cPb(Mn1/3 Nb2/3 )O3 +dPb(Co1/3 Nb2/3 )+eCoO+fPbO with the proviso that (a)=22-50mol%, (b)=18-55mol%, (c)=2-40mol% and (d)=0-54mol% [(a+b+c+d)=0] as a ratio of main components and (e) 0.1-2.5wt.% and (f)=0-8wt.% based on total weight of the main components as a ratio of subsidiary components.
