FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has high voltage pulse generator connected to high voltage electrode having recording photographic film on its surface. The high voltage pulse generator is segneto-piezo-electric and provided with mechanical resettable drive for executing calibrated point impact. Single high voltage pulse generator is mounted between the drive and high voltage electrode which input is connected to outputs of segneto-piezo-electric members of generator.
