The inner (1) and outer (3) sleeves are joined to one another by a membrane. The membrane bridges over the intermediate space between the sleeves and permits a relative movement between them. The inner sleeve in the installed state encloses a conduit and connects tightly to its outer cover surface. The outer sleeve encloses the inner sleeve. The membrane runs in a plane vertical to the conduit axis. The inner sleeve in relation to the conduit axis is axially displaced against the outer sleeve. The membrane can be of rubber-elastic material, of metal plate or formed as a folding bellows.
