Holder arm system for surgical instruments for operating theatre

The holder arm system is fixed to a proximal holder-block (B) serving as a fixed object, and to a distal side rapidly replaced unit (N) to which the medical instrument (1) is easily detachably attached. The holder-block and the rapid-replacement unit are connected by a number of arm segments (C,E,G,K,M) joined by hinge-links (D,F,H,I,L). The individual arm segments have outer shafts in the form of straight pipes. The arm segments are fixed by a shaft mounted in each tubular arm shaft and fitting into the hinge links on the adjacent shaft. A single handle on one of the arm segments fits into brakes when mechanically operated.
