The change is carried out from a first position, corresponding to a first raster range, into a second position, corresponding to a second, different raster range. The changer device constrains a displacement face (12) with numerous shiftable receiving elements (18), each with a receiving part (20) for a component. The receiving elements are arranged in regular columns (14) and rows (16) and each element is coupled to its directly adjacent element by movement couplers (24,26), for appropriate movement in the column and line direction. A pressure mechanism (28,38) serves for pushing the elements together.
