PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable hygienic water supply without any influence to water service pipes an generating muddy water in a head tank. SOLUTION: This water supply system for water line is used to supply water to a head tank 12 wherein a plumbing 2 used to supply water directly is connected to the mainpipe 1 of a water line through a check valve 9 and to a water supply pipe for supplying water to the head tank, while a water pump 8 connected to the plumbing 2 so as to draw water from the main pipe 1 of the water line through the plumbing 2 and outpour to the water supply plumbing side is provided, and a pressure detecting means 3 for detecting water pressure and a water level detecting means 14 for detecting the water level with in the head tank 12 are provided. In this context, an inverter for controlling the speed of a motor for driving the pump 8 carries out control corresponding to the detected pressure via the pressure detecting means 3 and the detected water level via the water level detecting means 14, allowing the pump to be variably driven. |
