PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contain a two-stage type or a three-stage type reduction stage in a single casing. SOLUTION: In an oblique coupling 1 having two reduction stages 3 and 4 or three reduction stages, a casing 2 is designed such that when switching from the two stages 3 and 4 to the three stages or reverse switching is effected, the two reduction stages 3 and 4 or the three reduction stages are selectively contained as a relative position between the axis of a drive shaft 31 and the axis of a driven shaft is not changed but maintained. The casing 2 has a plurality of internal support members 12 and 13 to alternately support two gear trains.
