摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unitarily manage entire jobs by providing a 1st input means that inputs a code number which designates a designated piece group and a 2nd input means that inputs present state information of welding and checking operations which is externally acquired every welding point number and calculating progress rate of manufacturing and welding operations. SOLUTION: A 1st input means 24 inputs each piping piece number which specifies a piping piece group that is manufactured in a factory and a code number which collectively specifies the piping piece group. A 2nd input means 26 inputs present state information of welding and checking operations which is externally acquired every welding point number of a piping piece. A 3rd processing means 34 reads manufacturing information from CAD database DB1 and stores it in a storage device 14 based on a piping piece number, a line number of a piping line, an isometric diagram number that defines the piping piece and a code number that includes a piping construction area name. The means 34 also calculates a manufacturing progress rate according to a prescribed relational expression based on the present state information which is inputted by the means 26.</p>
