PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a program without exchanging a hardware. SOLUTION: An electronic computer 1 has a storage part 3 provided with a ROM 31 for storing an initial setting program 31A, battery backup memory 32 for storing a 1st execution program 32A and hard disk drive 33 for storing a 2nd execution program 33A and a CPU 2 provided with a 1st exchanging means 21 for discriminating whether the 1st execution program 32A is equal or not before and after the ON of a power source when the power source is turned on and exchanging the 1st execution program 32A with the initial setting program 31A based on the discriminated result, 2nd exchanging means 22 for discriminating whether the 1st execution program 32A is latest or not through the comparison of the 1st execution program 32A with the 2nd execution program 33A and exchanging the 1st execution program 32A with the 2nd execution program 33A based on the discriminated result, and execution means 23 for executing the 1st execution program 32A and performing a starting operation. |
