At a hose coupling incorporating male part (10) and female part (11), the latter includes an automatic nonreturn valve (13), which opens at inserting of the male part. A displaceable sleeve (14) enclosing the female part acts firstly upon locking pawls (16) that retain the inserted male part, and secondly upon locking bodies (17) which at disconnection transiently permits blowing off of the air pressure in the coupling. The locking pawl (16) is T-shaped and insertable in a corresponding cross formed groove (24) in the female part (11), the cross beam (23) of the locking pawl has smaller thickness than the web portion (21) and this is below the cross beam made thicker to a transversal ridge (22), which in coupling position cooperates with a circumferential locking groove (12) in the male part (10).
