PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the usage efficiency of a radio line by providing a device for detecting the usage states of respective terminals and executing transmission, at a mobile station and providing a device for receiving information of the usage states in the terminals of the whole mobile stations and executing control at the time of calling the mobile station from a ground terminal, at a control station. SOLUTION: The terminal usage state detecting part 9 of the mobile station 3 detects the usage states of mobile terminals 8-1 to 8-m by information from a control part 7 and normally transmits them to base stations 2-1 to 2-n with the radio line by way of a radio wave equipment 6 and an antenna 5. Information received by the base stations 2-1 to 2-n is transmitted to the control station 1 and a mobile station information receiving part 10 normally detects the usage states of the terminals in the whole mobile stations. Then, when the mobile terminal 8-1 is called from the ground terminal 4, the mobile station information detecting part 10 retrieves the usage state of the mobile terminal 8-1 in accordance with a call from the ground terminal 4. When the mobile terminal 8-1 is being used, a call control part 11 is not started and being-used information of mobile terminal 8-1 is transmitted to the ground terminal 4. |
