摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and properly correct a lost motion, which is generated when inverting the direction of feeding, by arithmetically finding the quantity of correction to feeding speed and a moving amount, which are found by analyzing a numerical control(NC) program, before the invertion of feeding direction of each feeding shaft. SOLUTION: At a correction quantity arithmetic unit 13, the range of a moving amount L of each shaft is divided into (m), the conversion table of (m) columns and (n) rows dividing the range of feeding velocity F into (n) is registered in a storage device inside the correction quantity arithmetic unit F, the quantity of lost motion to moving amounts L1-Lm and feeding velocity F1-Fn is previously found by measurement, and the absolute value of this lost motion quantity is set to that conversion table as correction quantity H11-Hmn. Next, in the case of a working operation due to the NC program, the correction quantity H corresponding to the feeding velocity F and the moving amount L provided by the analysis of an NC program analyzer 10 is automatically read from this conversion table and found as a correct signal 14.
