<p>An environment-friendly active cloth includes a fiber layer and a active cloth layer, and its manufacturing method. The active-cloth has a rough, properly soft and irregular surface, made of a first catalyst, a second catalyst, paste plant starch, liquid non-grain PVA, and a foam agent of proper weight mixed together.
