PIPE NETWORK CALCULATION DEVICE AND DEMAND ALLOTMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provides a system which automatically allots the demand of a piping network calculation model from the reading data of a meter. SOLUTION: The total demand for a meter reading area 103 based on the meter reading data of a plurality of faucets 102 in a piping network 101 is looked for. Then, with regards to each of meshes 104 which segment horizontally and vertically the piping network 101, which includes the meter reading area 103, the total demand for the meter reading area 103 is allotted in proportion with the rate which is occupied in the total area of the meter reading area 103 while the total demand for the other meter reading area 102 is allotted similarly and added up. Furthermore, the mesh demand allotted for each mesh 104 is provided to each demand point ranging from N1 to N3 on piping network data 105 and the demand for the mesh 104 whose distance between the demand points N1 to N3 and the center of the meshes is the shortest is added up thereto, thereby computing the mesh demand for each demand point.
