PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hygienic method for applying a seasoning liquid (even if containing solid matter) for seasoned laver, affording moderate taste control without coiling a sheet of laver to be seasoned around a roller. SOLUTION: A seasoning liquid 6 is made to adhere to the projected faces 13 of a hydrophobic roller 12 having uneven facies 11, or the recessed faces 15 of a roller 16, and a sheet of laver 4 is then brought into contact with the roller 12 or 16, thus coating the sheet of laver 4 with the seasoning liquid adhered to the projected faces 13 or recessed faces 15. |
