PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to improve the adhesive properties of a surface material and a foam resin by shortening the heating time of a heater, reducing the dissipating electric capacity of the heater to decrease the energy cost, and improving the foamability of the resin. SOLUTION: A surface material 2 is mounted at one side of a frame 1, a heater 3 is brought into contact with the material 2 at the inside of the frame 1, and the material 2 is heated by the heater 3. Then, foam resin 4 is poured inside the frame 1, the resin 4 is heated to be foamed by the heat of the heated material 2 to form a heat insulator 5. The air to derive the heat dissipated from the heater 3 is eliminated between the heater 3 and the material 2, and hence the heat dissipated from the heater 3 can be efficiently supplied to the material 2. |
