PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dielectric ceramics compsn. capable of firing at a low temp. of 900-1,350 deg.C, having a high Q value and capable of ensuring reduce size and enhanced performance of high-frequency electronic parts at a low cost. SOLUTION: This dielectric ceramics compsn. is made of a multiple oxide contg. at least Mg, Ca and B as metallic elements and contains at least Mg3 Ti(BO3 )2 O2 as a crystal phase. The compsn. of the multiple oxide is represented by the formula aMgO.bTiO2 .cB2 O3 [where (a), (b) and (c) show the molar ratio among the metal oxides, and are 55<=a<=65, 15<=b<=25, 15<=c<=25 and a+b+c=100]. |
