PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method surely peeling mutually overlapped thin platelike or sheetlike part materials to individual platelike or sheetlike part material at a high working efficiency and a simple work. SOLUTION: A laminate of mutually overlapped and hardly peeled off platelike or sheetlike part materials is heated and dipped in a liquid. The platelike or sheetlike part materials are heated at a temperature higher than the boiling point of the liquid and the laminate is easily peeled off to individual platelike or sheetlike part material by varying the overlapping state between the platelike or sheetlike part materials caused by heat shrinkage of the platelike or sheetlike part materials when dipped in the liquid or by a bumping of the liquid penetrated between the platelike or sheetlike part materials. |
