PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify mounting and detachment of a transport device and a vibration-proof device, and eliminate the necessity of separate transport, storage and the like of a sub-base jig and the like therefor. SOLUTION: A transport device for transporting an equipment and a vibration-proof device for reducing transfer of vibration from the equipment are unified with each other. A transport device with a vibration-proof device 12 has a pair of disc-shaped wheels 12c having axles 12b, and a vibration damping member 12a provided between the pair of disc-shaped wheels 12c. In this transport device with vibration-proof device 12, the device is constituted by supporting an equipment by the vibration damping member 12a, and the transport device is constituted by rotatably supporting the axles 12b. |
