According to this invention, the tableware degreasing, washing and drying machine designed for restaurants and dining halls of high capacity consists of a single chamber shaped as a tunnel, the casing (1) of which being divided into an area (A) for degreasing and washing, an area (B) for rinsing and an area (C) for drying, and equipped with two assemblies of perforated pipes (2 and 3) mounted in two sectors, separated according to the work area, and along the same casing the boxes being carried on two slides (5) by means of a pins chain (6) actuated by a gear motor (7). The drying is performed by carrying the box through the warm air flow rendered by a forced convection air heater (9) and two side air blowers (10).
